JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Training of existing employees & improving their sales performance; updating them with latest developments & modifications and inspire individuals to strive for excellence.
- Making a training plan/training calendar and marketing of training programs for maximum participation.
- Making effective orientation schedule for new joiners in consultation with HR team. Making effective orientation schedule for new joiners in consultation with HR team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experienced in training, credit, sales at least 4 years.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver training programs utilizing skills in instructional design, program design & development, and training methodologies.
- High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style
- Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication,
presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills required
- Strong people management and leadership skills, organizational skills, attention to detail/level of quality, communication (written and verbal)
