- Book rooms, conference facilities, services and vehicle dispatch
- Process and manage the budget as well as invoices
- Office contract record
- Liaise with staff in other sections and with external contacts
- Liaise with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation
- Source, negotiate and purchase assets, stationery
- Instruct and record documents of departments to storage
- Handle general office administration including filing, sending and receiving faxes and correspondences
- Execute assets/ expense, file and record assets.
- Control and prepare the monthly report on expense
- Supervise work of pool of admin staff: cleaner, security, driver
- Coordinate with Head Office in sourcing and processing recruitment until newcomer onboarding
- Following up manpower, training change and update timely. Maintain all staff records and fully report to Head Office
- Implement/support a program to organize events in branch & HO events to ensure everything is well-prepared
- Conduct and manage all the mandatory insurance & PIT jobs
- Co-work with Head Office for monthly payroll & prepare all reports (newcomer, resignation, movement cases) on time
- Follow-up and claim the Personal Insurance (Samsung)
- Prepare new labor contracts, renew ones and follow-up the relevant decisions
- Admin the holiday control & annual health check
- Process all documents for Expats (Resident Card, Work permit)
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor of Accounting or Economic/Finance
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Knowledge of expense/budget estimation
- Organizational skills
- Teamwork
- Communication skills
- Accounting certificate is preferable
