Job Description:
- Validate customer information via telephone call and cross-check with reliable resources of information
- Check the document to verify whether they are qualified to open the credit card or not
- Process document to increase credit limit requesting by customer
- Recommend credit limit for approval
Requirement:
- Having experience related to Credit assessment/underwriting
- Demonstrated experience in handling a high volume of customer service and complex operational area
- Strong customer focus & services
- Good verbal and written communication skills
